YOUR MISSION

Design user experiences for live Carrots apps that are as beautiful as they are effective.

Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma for real product features.

Conduct UX research, including usability testing, competitor audits, and heuristic analyses.

Optimize designs for activation, retention, and monetization through growth-oriented experimentation on paywalls and onboarding.

Maintain and improve the design system, ensuring clean Figma files for developer handoff.
YOUR SKILLS
Core Technical: Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing web or mobile app projects (personal, academic, or professional).
Analytical: Ability to interpret product data and user behavior to inform design decisions.
Requirements: Full-time availability (40h/week) for at least 6 consecutive months.
Nice-to-have: Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Firebase, or Looker and experience with A/B testing.
