YOUR MISSION

Ensure every product decision is driven by data evidence.
-
Define and implement event tracking plans (naming conventions and parameters) across Firebase and Amplitude.

Study user behavior through funnels, sessions, screen paths, and retention curves to identify drop-off points.
-
Build, automate, and maintain dashboards in Amplitude, Looker, and Firebase.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis using tools like Data.ai, SensorTower, and AppTweak
YOUR SKILLS
Education: Current university student in Spain.
Analytical: Ability to interpret funnels, retention, and engagement metrics.
Tools: Familiarity with Amplitude, Firebase, Looker, BigQuery, Appsflyer, and RevenueCat.
Technical: Proficiency in Google Sheets. Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data exploration is a plus.

YOUR MISSION
- Lead all modeling initiatives: LTV prediction, churn models, signal optimization, and pricing/retention forecasting.
- Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines from sources like BigQuery, Firebase, AppsFlyer, and RevenueCat.
- Act as the founding technical mentor for the Data team in Vietnam.
- Make every app smarter through predictive data and automation.
YOUR SKILLS
5+ years in Data Science or ML Engineering, with 2+ years in leadership or mentorship.
Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and ML fundamentals.
Expertise in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyMC), BigQuery, GCP, and dbt.
Excellent English for collaboration with distributed teams.
