YOUR MISSION

Ensure every product decision is driven by data evidence.
-
Define and implement event tracking plans (naming conventions and parameters) across Firebase and Amplitude.

Study user behavior through funnels, sessions, screen paths, and retention curves to identify drop-off points.
-
Build, automate, and maintain dashboards in Amplitude, Looker, and Firebase.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis using tools like Data.ai, SensorTower, and AppTweak
YOUR SKILLS
Education: Current university student in Spain.
Analytical: Ability to interpret funnels, retention, and engagement metrics.
Tools: Familiarity with Amplitude, Firebase, Looker, BigQuery, Appsflyer, and RevenueCat.
Technical: Proficiency in Google Sheets. Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data exploration is a plus.

YOUR MISSION

Profitably scale paid growth across Google Ads and Meta Ads, hitting +10% MoM growth while protecting payback.

Engineer smarter conversion signals (trial starts, revenue, pLTV) to feed better optimization data to ad platforms.

Pilot Apple Search Ads (ASA) and lead ASO experiments (metadata, creative, and store assets).

Instrument clean weekly reporting (CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, payback) in Looker.

Turn founder-led acquisition into a repeatable, capital-efficient engine.
YOUR SKILLS
Experience: Direct management of €100k+/month in budgets across Google and Meta for subscription apps.
Technical: Deep knowledge of AppsFlyer (MMP), Google Search intent (non-UAC), and Meta value-based bidding.
Analytics: Proficiency in building actionable dashboards (preferably Looker) and understanding SKAdNetwork/ATT constraints.
Hard Requirements: 3+ years of experience with both Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
