- Act as the founding technical mentor for the Data team in Vietnam.

YOUR SKILLS
5+ years in Data Science or ML Engineering, with 2+ years in leadership or mentorship.
Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and ML fundamentals.
Expertise in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyMC), BigQuery, GCP, and dbt.
Excellent English for collaboration with distributed teams.

Act as the link between business metrics and product execution.

Own the execution rhythm of your app squad—update Notion boards, set priorities, and run weekly reviews with design, dev, and data.

Track and report on app’s key metrics (retention, LTV, ARPU, trials, payback) and define OKRs.

Suggest, design, and evaluate A/B tests for onboarding, pricing, paywalls, and UX flows.

Analyze competitors using Data.ai, SensorTower, and AppTweak to identify best practices.
YOUR SKILLS
Degree in Business, Engineering, Data, or Product Management (ESADE, TBS, IE, UPC, or similar).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in product, analytics, or growth (internship or full-time).
Tools: Familiarity with Amplitude, Firebase, Looker, and Google Sheets.

Experience: Direct management of €100k+/month in budgets across Google and Meta for subscription apps.

Analytics: Proficiency in building actionable dashboards (preferably Looker) and understanding SKAdNetwork/ATT constraints.
Hard Requirements: 3+ years of experience with both Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
