YOUR MISSION

  • Lead all modeling initiatives: LTV prediction, churn models, signal optimization, and pricing/retention forecasting.
  • Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines from sources like BigQuery, Firebase, AppsFlyer, and RevenueCat.
  • Act as the founding technical mentor for the Data team in Vietnam.
  • Make every app smarter through predictive data and automation.

YOUR SKILLS

5+ years in Data Science or ML Engineering, with 2+ years in leadership or mentorship.

  • Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and ML fundamentals.

  • Expertise in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyMC), BigQuery, GCP, and dbt.

  • Excellent English for collaboration with distributed teams.

  • You are structured, clear, and confident in both English and Spanish communication.

YOUR MISSION

Act as the link between business metrics and product execution.

  • Own the execution rhythm of your app squad—update Notion boards, set priorities, and run weekly reviews with design, dev, and data.

  • Track and report on app’s key metrics (retention, LTV, ARPU, trials, payback) and define OKRs.

  • Suggest, design, and evaluate A/B tests for onboarding, pricing, paywalls, and UX flows.

  • Analyze competitors using Data.ai, SensorTower, and AppTweak to identify best practices.

YOUR SKILLS

Degree in Business, Engineering, Data, or Product Management (ESADE, TBS, IE, UPC, or similar).

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in product, analytics, or growth (internship or full-time).

  • Tools: Familiarity with Amplitude, Firebase, Looker, and Google Sheets.

  • Pluses: Basic knowledge of SQL or Python

YOUR MISSION

Lead the execution rhythm inside one of the app squads to ensure projects move fast and stay aligned with strategy.

  • Translate product and business goals into an actionable, prioritized roadmap.

  • Manage the backlog, organize sprints, and ensure deliverables are on track.

  • Coordinate with UX, Dev, and Analytics to scope, estimate, and prioritize features.

  • Review releases and test new features to ensure they meet functional and UX standards.

YOUR SKILLS

Experience: 2-4+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager in tech/mobile environments.

  • Frameworks: Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) adapted to startup speed.

  • Technical/Analytical: Comfortable reading dashboards (Amplitude, Firebase, Looker) and understanding mobile app lifecycles.

  • Tools: Proficient in Notion, Figma, and basic SQL or Python for data exploration.

  • Communication: Excellent prioritization skills with Spanish and English proficiency.
