YOUR MISSION

Ensure every product decision is driven by data evidence.

Define and implement event tracking plans (naming conventions and parameters) across Firebase and Amplitude.

Study user behavior through funnels, sessions, screen paths, and retention curves to identify drop-off points.

Build, automate, and maintain dashboards in Amplitude, Looker, and Firebase.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis using tools like Data.ai, SensorTower, and AppTweak
YOUR SKILLS
Education: Current university student in Spain.
Analytical: Ability to interpret funnels, retention, and engagement metrics.
Tools: Familiarity with Amplitude, Firebase, Looker, BigQuery, Appsflyer, and RevenueCat.
Technical: Proficiency in Google Sheets. Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data exploration is a plus.

YOUR MISSION
Act as the link between business metrics and product execution.

Own the execution rhythm of your app squad—update Notion boards, set priorities, and run weekly reviews with design, dev, and data.

Track and report on app’s key metrics (retention, LTV, ARPU, trials, payback) and define OKRs.

Suggest, design, and evaluate A/B tests for onboarding, pricing, paywalls, and UX flows.

Analyze competitors using Data.ai, SensorTower, and AppTweak to identify best practices.
YOUR SKILLS
Degree in Business, Engineering, Data, or Product Management (ESADE, TBS, IE, UPC, or similar).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in product, analytics, or growth (internship or full-time).

YOUR MISSION
-
Partner with Data Analysts to solve complex problems such as probabilistic LTV, churn prediction, and forecasting.
-
Build, compare, and iterate LTV models (e.g., survival/retention-based, GBMs) to produce calibrated predictions for UA and pricing.
-
Predict churn windows and retention curves by app/geo/cohort to inform payback and creative strategies.
-
Translate model outputs into conversion signals for Google and Meta optimization.
-
Pull and transform event and purchase data from BigQuery, RevenueCat, and AppsFlyer into model-ready datasets.
-
Evaluate A/B tests and pricing experiments using frequentist or Bayesian methods
YOUR SKILLS
Core Technical: Strong hands-on experience with Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Jupyter).
Theoretical: Solid understanding of probability, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and model calibration.
Evidence: Ability to show at least one end-to-end model (academic or personal project).
Nice-to-have: Experience with Bayesian modeling (PyMC/Stan), survival analysis, gradient boosting (XGBoost/LightGBM), and SQL/BigQuery.
