YOUR MISSION
Act as the link between business metrics and product execution.

Own the execution rhythm of your app squad—update Notion boards, set priorities, and run weekly reviews with design, dev, and data.

Track and report on app’s key metrics (retention, LTV, ARPU, trials, payback) and define OKRs.

Suggest, design, and evaluate A/B tests for onboarding, pricing, paywalls, and UX flows.

Analyze competitors using Data.ai, SensorTower, and AppTweak to identify best practices.
YOUR SKILLS
Degree in Business, Engineering, Data, or Product Management (ESADE, TBS, IE, UPC, or similar).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in product, analytics, or growth (internship or full-time).
Tools: Familiarity with Amplitude, Firebase, Looker, and Google Sheets.
Pluses: Basic knowledge of SQL or Python

You love creating visuals that convert, not just those that look good.
YOUR MISSION

Partner hand-in-hand with the UA team to turn ideas into high-performing creatives for Meta, TikTok, Snap, and UGC.

Produce a high volume of short-form video ads (9:16), animations, kinetic typography, and cut-downs.
-
Implement an AI-first creative pipeline using AI tools to concept, generate, and iterate video/image content.
-
Translate performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI) into creative decisions to scale winners and propose next tests.
-
Ideate UGC-style scripts and riding trends native to TikTok, IG Reels, and Snap.
YOUR SKILLS
Core Technical: Hands-on experience with After Effects and Premiere (or CapCut for speed).
AI Tools: Comfortable using AI image and video tools to speed up production.
Portfolio: Showcase of short-form vertical ads (TikTok/IG/Snap) relevant to consumer apps.
Design: Basic Figma skills for quick frames and overlays.
Communication: Clear, structured, and collaborative English skills (Minimum: Professional).
