YOUR MISSION

Act as the link between business metrics and product execution.

  • Own the execution rhythm of your app squad—update Notion boards, set priorities, and run weekly reviews with design, dev, and data.

  • Track and report on app’s key metrics (retention, LTV, ARPU, trials, payback) and define OKRs.

  • Suggest, design, and evaluate A/B tests for onboarding, pricing, paywalls, and UX flows.

  • Analyze competitors using Data.ai, SensorTower, and AppTweak to identify best practices.

YOUR SKILLS

Degree in Business, Engineering, Data, or Product Management (ESADE, TBS, IE, UPC, or similar).

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in product, analytics, or growth (internship or full-time).

  • Tools: Familiarity with Amplitude, Firebase, Looker, and Google Sheets.

  • Pluses: Basic knowledge of SQL or Python

  • Analytically rigorous, making decisions based on cohort and LTV data rather than surface-level screenshots.

  • A high-leverage professional capable of driving a tight hypothesis-to-creative results loop.

YOUR MISSION

  • Profitably scale paid growth across Google Ads and Meta Ads, hitting +10% MoM growth while protecting payback.

  • Engineer smarter conversion signals (trial starts, revenue, pLTV) to feed better optimization data to ad platforms.

  • Pilot Apple Search Ads (ASA) and lead ASO experiments (metadata, creative, and store assets).

  • Instrument clean weekly reporting (CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, payback) in Looker.

  • Turn founder-led acquisition into a repeatable, capital-efficient engine.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Experience: Direct management of €100k+/month in budgets across Google and Meta for subscription apps.

  • Technical: Deep knowledge of AppsFlyer (MMP), Google Search intent (non-UAC), and Meta value-based bidding.

  • Analytics: Proficiency in building actionable dashboards (preferably Looker) and understanding SKAdNetwork/ATT constraints.

  • Hard Requirements: 3+ years of experience with both Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
